Shipping Policy – BuhkoorLab

Delivery Methods

  • Orders are delivered through third-party courier companies.

  • Delivery is either same-day or next-day, depending on:

    • Your geographical location.

    • The delivery company’s capabilities.

Recurring Delivery Subscription

You can subscribe to have selected products delivered on a regular basis:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

⚠️ Some items require additional preparation time (1–several days), depending on the product type.

Missed Delivery

  • If no one is present at your address when delivery is attempted:

    • You must contact the delivery agent to reschedule.

    • BuhkoorLab is not responsible for unreceived orders after 12 days from the first delivery attempt.

  • If the order is not received twice, additional delivery fees will apply.

Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery fee: SAR 35 for orders to any city in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Free Shipping & Reshipping

  • If you used a free shipping code and failed to receive the order:

    • Reshipping will cost SAR 50.

  • If the order is canceled or not received:

    • SAR 50 will be deducted from the order value.

Shipping Guarantee

  • BuhkoorLab guarantees the safety of your order from theft and damage:

    • From the moment it leaves our store until it is delivered to you.

  • BuhkoorLab is not responsible for the product once it has been received.

Delivery Timeframe Disclaimer

  • Delivery times are estimates only, starting from the moment the order is placed.

  • BuhkoorLab is not liable for delays due to:

    • Buyer’s payment issues.

    • Courier or delivery partner delays.

Remote Area Deliveries

  • If your delivery address is in a remote location, additional delivery fees may apply.
